Darien has separate Darien and Noroton Heights train stations. If you are connecting from a train, name the correct station, your arrival time and the agreed meeting point. A station name alone does not identify which entrance to use. Review the Town of Darien station information, and confirm collection details with Royce before traveling. Discuss station waiting arrangements separately; the home-pickup allowance does not establish a station policy.

Planning an early JFK departure

Give Royce your travel date, airline, flight number and departure time when arranging the ride. Work back from your airline’s recommended airport arrival time, allowing for road traffic, airport access, baggage and check-in. A fixed driving-time estimate cannot account for these conditions.

For family travel, describe child-seat needs and large luggage before choosing the car. For a business trip, include any schedule constraint and the passenger’s contact number if a colleague is making the arrangements. Returning from JFK to Darien

Provide the flight that lands at JFK, its local arrival date, the traveling passenger’s contact number and the destination address in Darien. If you have a connecting itinerary, share the final flight into JFK. Confirm your terminal and meeting instructions with Royce before leaving arrivals.

A standard sedan accommodates up to 3 passengers and 3 bags. A standard SUV accommodates up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Suitcase size, strollers and bulky items affect fit, so describe your luggage when arranging the ride. These fares apply to standard vehicle classes; luxury vehicles and larger groups require a separate quote.
