For a Fairfield departure, list your pickup entrance and any additional collection stops, along with the airline, departure terminal and check-in deadline. Agree on a pickup time for the complete itinerary, allowing for road traffic and airport access. A schedule for another airport should not be reused for JFK.
For the ride from JFK to Fairfield, confirm the final arriving flight, terminal and passenger contact. JFK’s current notice sends Terminal 5 and Terminal 7 car-service passengers to the Howard Beach AirTrain pickup lot, using a free AirTrain trip. Departure drop-offs are different and can still use the terminal frontage. Check the official JFK pickup and construction notice and confirm the meeting instructions for your reservation. Discuss mobility or luggage-handling needs with Royce before travel.

Arrange your EWR arrival pickup using the final flight arriving at Newark, its local landing date, terminal and the full Fairfield destination address. Include a mobile number for the passenger at the airport, even if a colleague or family member makes the booking. Confirm the reservation’s meeting point before leaving arrivals.
Coordinate when you are ready to leave: Newark reserves terminal curb space for passengers actively getting in or out; vehicles cannot park there to wait. Review the official EWR pickup and drop-off guidance, then follow Royce’s confirmed car-service instructions. Contact the team after collecting your bags so the pickup can be coordinated; do not assume the vehicle can remain outside while you finish arrival formalities.
Fairfield to Newark: provide the pickup address and entrance, any additional stops, airline, departure terminal and check-in deadline. Confirm the schedule for the entire journey. Give passenger and bag counts for each leg, including oversized luggage or strollers, so vehicle fit can be reviewed. Airport waiting includes one hour after landing; ask about additional charges if your arrival takes longer.

For a LaGuardia arrival, arrange the private ride to your Fairfield home, hotel or office with the flight number, local landing date and full destination address. The meeting area depends on the terminal: Terminal A car services meet across the street, Terminal B uses level 2 of its parking garage, and Terminal C uses the arrivals inner lane. Check LGA’s current car-service pickup directions, follow the signs and confirm your meeting point with Royce.
For Fairfield to LGA, provide your airline’s check-in requirements when agreeing on the home, hotel or office pickup time. List any additional Fairfield stops and the number of passengers joining at each address. Allow for traffic and terminal access. If the return flight uses JFK, Newark, HPN or Bradley instead, give us that airport and itinerary separately so both journeys can be quoted correctly.
A standard sedan accommodates up to 3 passengers and 3 bags; a standard SUV accommodates up to 6 passengers and 6 bags.
