New Canaan home and station pickups
For collection at a New Canaan home, provide the complete street address and explain gates, a long driveway or a meeting point away from the main entrance. Include the traveling passenger’s contact number if a family member or assistant is arranging the transfer. Let Royce know about a second household pickup before confirming the price.
If your journey starts from a rail connection, distinguish the downtown New Canaan station from Talmadge Hill. Give the exact station, arrival time and an agreed collection point. Connecticut DOT’s station report identifies the two locations; consult current rail-service information for your date. Station waiting and pickup arrangements need separate confirmation.
Family luggage and early departures
Before selecting a sedan, count every passenger and describe suitcases, strollers and other bulky items. If you need a child seat, request it while planning the trip and confirm availability and cost. Child seats are excluded from the published fare. Bag count alone does not establish whether unusual items fit.
For an early flight, send the departure date, airline and flight number, then agree a home pickup time using the airline’s check-in guidance. Include time for loading, planned stops, traffic and JFK access. If the departure is shortly after midnight, state the calendar date and time explicitly. For a return trip with different passengers or luggage, review vehicle requirements again.
JFK arrivals and your return journey
Send the final flight arriving at JFK, its local landing date, your destination address and the traveling passenger’s contact number. Confirm the terminal and meeting point with Royce before leaving arrivals. If the itinerary changes or a flight is diverted, provide the updated flight and airport so the pickup can be reviewed.

The free airport waiting hour begins at landing, rather than when you finish baggage claim or immigration. Discuss any expected waiting beyond that period before confirming the ride. Request meet-and-greet separately if you need it, and confirm its price and meeting arrangement.
Pick a vehicle that fits
A standard sedan accommodates up to 3 passengers and 3 bags; a standard SUV accommodates up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Bag size affects fit. Describe strollers, large cases and bulky items so Royce can confirm suitable space. Luxury vehicles and larger groups require a separate quote.
