Information you provide
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number and message. We also receive any travel details you choose to include, such as pickup and destination addresses, travel dates, flight information, passenger numbers and luggage requirements.
Our offer-signup forms collect the contact details requested on the form, which may include your name, email address and phone number.
The reservation tool on our Get a Quote page is provided through Limo Anywhere. It asks for ride details, including service type, pickup date and time, pickup and drop-off locations, passengers and luggage. Information you enter into that tool is handled through the booking service to process your request. Review the notices presented during booking or payment for information about those services.
Please do not include payment-card details, passwords or sensitive identification documents in the general contact form.
How we use information
We use contact and travel information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and communicate about requested transportation. Website form notifications are delivered to our company mailbox and forwarded internally to dispatch so the team can respond.
If you request offers through a signup form, we may contact you about Royce Limousine offers. You can email info@roycelimo.com to ask us to stop promotional messages. If a message includes an unsubscribe option, you can also use that option. Communications needed to respond to an enquiry or arrange a trip are separate from promotional messages.
We use website measurements to understand how visitors find our pages and interact with enquiry forms, phone links and the quote page.

Our website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions. Analytics can collect pages visited, session information, browser and device type, approximate location and referral information. It can use cookies and browser identifiers to distinguish visits.
Our custom enquiry and click measurements record interactions such as a successful contact-form submission, an offer signup, a click on a phone link or a visit to the quote page. These custom events do not include the name, email address, phone number or message entered in a form.
Our pages also load services from GoDaddy, TrustedSite and Hostinger Reach, alongside the Limo Anywhere reservation tool. Who receives information
Enquiries are available to the Royce team handling customer communications and dispatch. Providers supporting our website, company email, online reservations and analytics process information to provide those services. Our website includes links and embedded services operated by other companies. Their own privacy notices explain their processing of information when you use those services.
How long information is kept
Royce does not currently have a fixed deletion schedule for customer enquiries and booking records. Information may remain in company email, website records and booking systems after an enquiry or trip is complete.
You can contact info@roycelimo.com to ask about information held about you or to request deletion. We will review the request and any need to retain records for ongoing service, accounting or applicable legal requirements.
Your privacy requests
Email info@roycelimo.com with a privacy question or a request to access, correct or delete information you have provided. Include enough detail for us to identify the relevant enquiry or booking, but do not send passwords or full payment-card details. We may need additional information to verify your identity before responding to a request about personal information. Requests are assessed against the records held and applicable requirements.
