A flight-status update can help with arrival planning, but landing time is not the same as the time you are ready to enter the vehicle. You still need to leave the aircraft, collect checked luggage when applicable and reach the confirmed meeting point. International arrivals may also need time for entry formalities.

Send the details needed to identify your flight
- Airline and arriving flight number, including the final flight if you have a connection.
- Arrival airport, terminal when known and the local date you land. An overnight flight may arrive on a different date from its departure.
- Passenger name and a mobile number that will work after landing.
- Destination address in Stamford or a nearby Connecticut town.
- Passenger count, checked bags, large items and any assistance or child-seat requests.
What to do when your flight changes

Royce includes 15 minutes of free waiting for home pickups. For airport pickups, one hour of free waiting is included after the flight’s landing time. Waiting is not unlimited. Ask the team about charges after the included period and the terms for cancellations, missed connections or a changed journey.

Planning a departure from Stamford
For a ride to the airport, start with your airline’s check-in deadline and recommended arrival time. Share your full pickup address, flight departure time and terminal.
